WHAT YOU NEED:
Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs Trader Joe's Caramelized Onion Dip Jasmine Rice (I use Trader Joe's Frozen Microwaveable) Romaine Lettuce Red and Orange Bell Peppers Cucumber Red Onion Grape Tomatoes Feta Cheese Seasonings: Olive Oil Salt Pepper Paprika Italian Seasoning Onion Powder Garlic Powder Cut chicken thighs into bit size pieces. Toss with olive oil and seasonings. Air fry for 9-10 minutes, until cooked through. If you don't have an air-fryer, pan-fry. While chicken cooks, chop veggies for salad and prepare rice. Add a big scoop of dip to your bowl & enjoy!
