WHAT YOU NEED:
-Trader Joe's Frozen Cauliflower Gnocchi -Fresh Burrata or Mozzarella cheese -Pesto -Prosciutto/Turkey Bacon/Protein of choice -Mixed Greens -Tomatoes -Red Pepper -Cucumber -Red Onion -Avocado -Trader Joe's Everything but the Bagel Sesame Seasoning Blend -Balsamic Glaze Air Fry Cauliflower Gnocchi. Lay out mixed greens. Top with cucumber, red pepper, and red onion. Cover gnocchi, cheese or tomatoes in pesto. Top with protein of choice. Add avocado. Sprinkle with EBTB seasoning and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
