Burrata Rotini with Garlic Shrimp

​WHAT YOU NEED:
Rotini
Peeled & Deveined Shrimp
Crimini Mushrooms
Grape Tomatoes
Green Onions
Burrata Cheese
Grated Romano
Frozen Garlic Cube

Seasonings:
Olive Oil
Salt 
Parsley
Basil

Boil water for pasta & cook rotini as directed.
Slice mushrooms, green onion & grape tomatoes (the long way).
Microwave 1 garlic cube with 1 tablespoon of olive oil for 10 seconds. Mix with salt, parsley & shrimp.
Sauté mushrooms over medium heat with olive oil & salt.
Add shrimp to pan and cook for a couple minutes on both sides until just pink.
Turn stove off.
Toss tomatoes & green onion into remaining garlic oil from shrimp marinade and add to pan.
Drain pasta and put into serving bowl.
Pour contents from pan over pasta.
Toss with the inside of one ball of burrata cheese, some grated Romano & basil.

Greek Chicken Bowl

WHAT YOU NEED:
Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
Trader Joe's Caramelized Onion Dip
Jasmine Rice (I use Trader Joe's Frozen Microwaveable)
Romaine Lettuce
Red and Orange Bell Peppers
Cucumber
Red Onion
​Grape Tomatoes
Feta Cheese

Seasonings:
Olive Oil
Salt
Pepper
Paprika
Italian Seasoning
Onion Powder
Garlic Powder

Cut chicken thighs into bit size pieces. 
Toss with olive oil and seasonings.
Air fry for 9-10 minutes, until cooked through. 
    If you don't have an air-fryer, pan-fry.
While chicken cooks, chop veggies for salad and prepare rice.
Add a big scoop of dip to your bowl & enjoy!

Grilled Zucchini Caprese

WHAT YOU NEED:
-Burrata
-Tomato
-Red Onion
-Avocado
-Fresh Basil
-Balsamic Glaze

Seasonings:
-Basil
-Oregano
-Garlic Powder
-Salt
-Olive Oil
-Everything But The Bagel Seasoning

Slice zucchini into 1/4 inch thick slices. Pan fry with olive oil, dried basil, oregano, garlic powder and salt until slightly brown. Slice tomatoes, burrata and red onion and stack with freshly chopped basil. Add sliced avocado and Everything But The Bagel Seasoning. Drizzle balsamic glaze over your salad and enjoy!

Also great with shrimp!!

Spicy Salmon Bowl

WHAT YOU NEED:
-Salmon filet
-Crimini Mushrooms
-Broccoli 
-White Rice
-Mixed Greens
-Cucumber
-Avocado
-Trader Joe's Garlic Spread
-Trader Joe's Chili Onion Crunch
-Soy Sauce
-Mayonnaise 
-Butter

Seasoning:
-Salt
-Parsley
-Paprika
​-Garlic Powder
-Everything But The Bagel Seasoning


Cut salmon filet into medium sized cubes. 
Cut mushrooms and broccoli into bite size pieces. 
Coat salmon pieces in garlic spread, paprika, salt and garlic powder. Toss veggies in same bowl and mix until everything is seasoned.
Pan fry salmon cubes and veggies with olive oil over medium high heat, flipping salmon after seared (a few minutes on each side). 
Prepare white rice with a sliver of butter, salt and parsley.
Top rice with salmon and veggies.
Add mixed greens, thinly sliced cucumbers and half a sliced avocado with Everything But The Bagel seasoning. 
​In a small mixing bowl, stir together about a tablespoon of mayonnaise, a teaspoon of chili onion crunch (or more if you prefer spicier) and a splash of soy sauce. Drizzle sauce over everything and enjoy!

Grilled Veggie Greek Salad

WHAT YOU NEED:
-Mixed Greens
-Cucumber
-Zucchini 

-Grape Tomatoes
-Red Onion
-Red Pepper
-Avocado
-Feta Cheese
-Garlic Hummus
-Garlic Naan

Seasoning:
-Olive Oil
-Salt
-Oregano
-Everything But The Bagel Seasoning


Bake Naan until warm.
Chop red onion and red pepper into bite size pieces. Sauté over medium high heat with olive oil spray and salt until lightly charred. 
Slice zucchini into thin pieces.
Cut cucumber into strips.
Slice grape tomatoes in half.
Lay out mixed greens in a bowl and top with grilled and cold veggies.
Add half a sliced avocado and top with everything but the bagel seasoning.
Add feta and hummus.
Season salad with olive oil, salt and oregano. 
Enjoy with your baked naan!

Garlic & Herb Easy Alfredo Sauce

WHAT YOU NEED:
(For 2 Servings)
-2 Cups Bow Tie Pasta
-3 Tablespoons Philadelphia Garlic & Herb Cream Cheese 
-2 Tablespoons Almond Milk
-1 Tablespoon Grated Romano Cheese
-Salt for taste
-1/2 Zucchini, chopped
-4 Whole Crimini Mushrooms, sliced
-Fresh Basil

Prepare pasta.
Prepare veggies.
While pasta cooks, scoop about 3 Tablespoons of cream cheese into a pan over medium heat.
Use wooden spoon to break apart cream cheese until softened.
Stir in about 2 Tablespoons milk (I used almond). Stir until smooth.
Lower heat and stir in about 1 tablespoon grated Romano cheese.
Add veggies and cover. Let simmer at lowest heat for about 10 minutes, checking in to stir every minute or so.
Taste and add salt and fresh basil as you desire.
Mix in pasta.

​I topped my pasta with my paprika salmon!

-Arugula or Mixed Greens
-Israeli CousCous or Jasmine Rice (whichever you prefer)
-Chopped Grape Tomatoes 
-Cucumber
-Red Onion
​-Red Pepper
-Avocado

-Shredded 3-Cheese Blend
-Pumpkin Seeds
-1/2 can of tuna

Dressing:
-equal parts ranch & pesto

Mix ingredients together in a bowl & enjoy!

-Trader Joe’s Tuna Salad
-Feta Cheese
-Mixed Greens
-Cucumber
-Carrots
-Red Pepper

-Grape Tomatoes
-Ranch Dressing
-Frozen Fries

Pop some fries in the air-fryer because everyone knows French fries are the best salad topping. ;)

​Shave carrots, zucchini and red pepper into bite size pieces. Slice grape tomatoes in half and cucumber slices into quarters. Toss veggies with mixed greens and ranch dressing and sprinkle with oregano. Crumble feta cheese and top with Trader Joe's Tuna Salad. Plate with fries and ketchup!

Fancy Tuna Melt

WHAT YOU NEED:

-Sourdough or French Bread
-Pesto (I used Buitoni)
-1/2 Avocado
-Sliced Tomato (I used grape tomatoes)
-Trader Joe’s Tuna Salad

-Fresh or Sliced Mozzarella
-Olive Oil Spray
-Trader Joe's Garlic Spread (Optional)

If you like garlic, spread Trader Joe's Garlic Spread onto outside of both pieces of bread. 
Flip bread over and spread about a tablespoon of pesto onto each slice. 
Slice and add 1/2 an avocado.
Add sliced tomatoes, tuna salad and mozzarella cheese.
​Spray both sides of sandwich and pan-fry or panini press until crisp and melted!

5-Minute Cauliflower Crust Pizzas

WHAT YOU NEED:
-Trader Joe's Cauliflower Pizza Crust
-Trader Joe’s Tomato Basil Creamy Pasta Sauce
-Trader Joe's 3-Cheese Blend
-Fresh Mozzarella 
-Grape Tomatoes 
-Fresh Basil

For Garlic Chicken:
-Trader Joe's Garlic Spread
-Chicken Tenders
-Italian Breadcrumbs
-Olive Oil Spray


Prepare Garlic Chicken.
Top Cauliflower Crust with about a tablespoon of Tomato Basil Sauce.
Sprinkle 3-cheese blend and top with sliced tomatoes and fresh mozzarella.
Slightly shred chicken and top with more 3-cheese blend.
Air fry at 390 degrees for about 5 minutes or until melted.
​Top with fresh basil & enjoy!

WHAT YOU NEED:
-Trader Joe's Cauliflower Pizza Crust
-Trader Joe’s Sweet Apple Chicken Sausage
-Trader Joe's Limone Alfredo Sauce
-Red Pepper
-Zuchinni 
-Red Onion
-Shredded 3-Cheese Blend 

Slice veggies and pan fry with olive oil spray and salt. 
Spread about a tablespoon of Limone Alfredo sauce onto cauliflower crust. 
Slice sausage and add to pan. Continue to cook with veggies for about a minute.
Add veggies and sausage to pizza. 
Top with cheese.
Air fry at 390 for 5 minutes.

WHAT YOU NEED:
-Trader Joe's Cauliflower Pizza Crust
-Trader Joe’s Shrimp Tikka Masala
-Grape Tomatoes
-Shredded 3-Cheese Blend
-Avocado
-Sour Cream
Seasoning:
-Everything But The Bagel Seasoning

Cook Shrimp Tikka Masala as instructed. (Save rice, not needed in this recipe.)
Sprinkle cheese onto cauliflower crust. Top with sliced grape tomatoes and saucy shrimp. Top with more cheese. 
Air fry at 390 for 5 minutes.

-Trader Joe's Cauliflower Pizza Crust
-Trader Joe’s Tomato Basil Creamy Pasta Sauce
-Shredded 3-Cheese Blend
-Pepperoni
-Crimini Mushrooms

Spread Tomato Basil sauce on Cauliflower Crust. 
Slice mushrooms and sprinkle over sauce.
Add pepperoni slices.
Cover toppings with cheese. (Make sure cheese is on top so air fryer fan doesn't lift your toppings!)
Air fry at 390 for 5 minutes.

-Trader Joe's Cauliflower Pizza Crust
-Trader Joe’s Garlic Spread Dip
-1 Egg
-Splash of Milk (I use Almond)

-Arugula
-Shredded 3-Cheese Blend

-Turkey Bacon (I use Jennie-O)
-1/4 Avocado
-Everything But The Bagel Seasoning
-Parsley Seasoning
-Trader Joe's 21 Seasoning Salute

Air fry Cauliflower Crust at 390 for 4-5 minutes.
While crust is cooking, scramble one egg with a splash of milk, 21 Seasoning Salute & Parsley.
Spread Garlic Spread dip on cooked crust.
Top with arugula.
Add scrambled egg.
Crumble bacon over egg.
Cover toppings with cheese. 

Air fry at 390 for another minute or until cheese is melted.
Add avocado & Everything But The Bagel Seasoning!

-Trader Joe's Cauliflower Pizza Crust
-Trader Joe’s Garlic Spread Dip
-Trader Joe's Chili Onion Crunch
-Trader Joe's Frozen Hashbrown
-1 Egg
-Splash of Milk (I use Almond)

-Shredded 3-Cheese Blend
-Turkey Bacon (I use Jennie-O)
-Grape Tomatoes

-1/4 Avocado
-Everything But The Bagel Seasoning
-Parsley Seasoning
-Trader Joe's 21 Seasoning Salute

Air Fry Hashbrown as instructed.
While Hashbrown is cooking, scramble one egg with a splash of milk, 21 Seasoning Salute & Parsley.
Mix a drop of Chili Onion Crunch with about a teaspoon of Garlic Spread dip and spread onto Cauliflower Crust.
Add scrambled egg.
Crumble Hashbrown and 
bacon over egg.
Slice and add your grape tomatoes.
Cover toppings with cheese. 

Air fry at 390 for about 4-5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Add avocado & Everything But The Bagel Seasoning!
