WHAT YOU NEED:
-Trader Joe's Frozen Cauliflower Gnocchi -Fresh Burrata or Mozzarella cheese -Pesto -Prosciutto/Turkey Bacon/Protein of choice -Mixed Greens -Tomatoes -Red Pepper -Cucumber -Red Onion -Avocado -Trader Joe's Everything but the Bagel Sesame Seasoning Blend -Balsamic Glaze Air Fry Cauliflower Gnocchi. Lay out mixed greens. Top with cucumber, red pepper, and red onion. Cover gnocchi, cheese or tomatoes in pesto. Top with protein of choice. Add avocado. Sprinkle with EBTB seasoning and drizzle with balsamic glaze. WHAT YOU NEED:
-Trader Joe's Vegan Kale, Cashew & Basil Pesto -Salmon Filet -Chosen Pasta -Olive Oil -Fresh Garlic -Broccoli -Crimini Mushrooms -White Onion -Spinach -Parmesan Cheese -Avocado Seasoning: -Oregano -Basil -Onion Powder -Parsley -Salt Cook pasta as instructed. Heat oil in frying pan. Add and sautee chopped garlic, broccoli, sliced mushrooms and diced onion. Add more oil to pan and lay salmon filet skin side up. Cook until spatula can break up filet into chunky pieces. Add oregano, basil, onion powder, parsley, salt, etc. and mix ingredients in pan. Add a handful of spinach and about a tablespoon of Trader Joe's Vegan Kale, Cashew & Basil Pesto into pan and stir everything together. Drain pasta and add to pan. Serve with grated parmesan and a side of sliced avocado with Trader Joe's Everything But The Bagel Seasoning. Cut zucchini into shape of your choice.
Coat with flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs. Spray with olive oil spray or cooking spray of your choice. Air fry for about 5-10 minutes. Shake tray throughout cooking. WHAT YOU NEED:
-Salmon Filet -Trader Joe's Amba Mango Sauce -Trader Joe's Frozen Organic Brown Rice -Trader Joe's Roasted Brussel Sprouts -Trader Joe's Corn And Chile Tomato-Less Salsa -Olive Oil -Onions -Cabbage -Mixed Greens -Spinach -Tomatoes -Mango -Cucumber -Avocado -Ranch Dressing -Sour Cream Seasoning: -Paprika -Salt -Onion Powder -Garlic Powder Salmon Marinate salmon filet in Amba Mango Sauce. Season with paprika, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, & any other spices of your choosing. Heat oil in frying pan. Place filet seasoned side down on pan and allow it to cook until you see it is about halfway done. Flip and finish cooking through. If the sides of your filet remain rare, use the spatula to help guide each side direct heat. While salmon is cooking, toss into pan sliced onions, brussel sprouts, cabbage, and Trader Joe's Corn And Chile Tomato-Less Salsa. Salad Trader Joe's Frozen Organic Brown Rice (microwaved as instructed), mixed greens, spinach, tomatoes, fresh mango, sliced cucumber, avocado, ranch dressing & a scoop of sour cream. Coat chicken breast with flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs.
Feel free to get creative substituting egg & flour with sour cream, aioli or other marinades &/or dips. Spray with olive oil spray or cooking spray of your choice. Air fry for 8-10 minutes on each side until center is cooked through. Cook time will depend on thickness of chicken breast. Season salmon with honey mustard, Beautiful Briny Sea Sultan Papadopoulos sea salt, and parsley.
Air fry until top is crispy and salmon is firm to touch, (usually about 7-10 minutes for a .5lb filet). WHAT YOU NEED:
-Harvest Spaghetti Squash Spirals -Chicken Cutlet -Flour -Egg -Italian Breadcrumbs -Pesto (I use Buitoni Reduced Fat) -Basil-Parmesan Oil Pesto Chicken Cutlet Set aside 3 bowls. One with flour. One with whisked egg. One with Italian breadcrumbs. (If working with plain breadcrumbs you can add in garlic powder, oregano, salt & Italian seasoning). Add a scoop of pesto to your egg bowl and whisk together. Coat each side of cutlet fully. Start with flour, then egg mix, and finish with breadcrumbs. Heat oil of choice in your pan. I use a basil-parmesan oil. Cook through on both sides. Harvest Spaghetti Squash Spirals Cook as instructed on package. WHAT YOU NEED:
-Trader Joe's Butter Chicken with Basmati Rice -Trader Joe's Spinach and Kale Greek Yogurt Dip -Mixed Greens -Cucumber -Red Pepper -White Onion -Avocado -Olive Oil Seasoning: -Trader Joe's Everything But The Bagel Sesame Seasoning -Salt Imagine this: There's an Indian restaurant down the street that smells so good you can't walk by without craving it. However, their food is more than dissapointing. You need something to fill that void. This Trader Joe's Butter Chicken meal will satisfy all your Indian food longings. Heat frozen meal as instructed. While chicken and rice reheat, prepare your salad. Pile Trader Joe's Organic Baby Lettuce Mix on a plate. Top with chopped cucumber, red pepper, and white onion and toss with olive oil and salt. Add a scoop of Trader Joes Spinach and Kale Greek Yogurt Dip, as well as avocado topped with Trader Joe's Everything But The Bagel Sesame Seasoning. Don't be afraid to enjoy these flavors mixed together with each bite! WHAT YOU NEED:
-Trader Joe's Spinach & Kale Greek Yogurt Dip -Trader Joe's Zucchini Spirals -Chicken Breast or Salmon Filet -Lemon Garlic Dressing (Store bought -- if homemade, use olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic & salt) -Shredded Mozzarella Cheese -Parmesan Cheese -Feta -Broccoli -Crimini Mushrooms -Tomatoes -Fresh Garlic Seasoning: -Salt -Garlic Powder -Onion Powder -Parsley Chicken Set oven to 400 degrees. Butterfly chicken breast. I usually do 2 slices to allow for more stuffing. Stuff each slot with shredded mozzerella cheese and Trader Joe's Spinach & Kale Greek Yogurt Dip. Season chicken. I used lemon garlic dressing (oil, lemon juice, minced garlic & salt), sea salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and parsley. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Sprinkle parmesan on top. Broil until golden. Salmon Set oven to 400 degrees. Cut slit in salmon down the middle the long way. Season salmon. I used basil-parmesan olive oil with salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and parsley. Stuff with Trader Joe's Spinach & Kale Greek Yogurt Dip, a sprinkle of shredded mozzarella, and a sprinkle of feta. Bake for 10 minutes. Sprinkle parmesan on top. Broil until golden. Zoodles Cook as instructed on box. With a couple minutes left to cook, toss in broccoli and sliced mushrooms, re-cover and finish zucchini noodle's suggested cooking time. Remove lid and excess water. Add chopped garlic and diced tomatoes with oil of choice. I use a basil-parmesan olive oil. Toss with parmesan cheese. |
