WHAT YOU NEED:
-Trader Joe's Butternut Squash Pizza Crust
-Trader Joe’s Spinach & Kale Greek Yogurt Dip
-Trader Giotto’s Balsamic Glaze
-Trader Joe’s 21 Seasoning Salute
Preheat oven to 450 degrees and start baking Butternut Squash Crust as instructed.
While crust is baking, slice zucchini and mushrooms. Chop garlic, onion and broccoli. Add olive oil to pan and sauté with seasonings listed above.
When the crust is ready to be topped, start by spreading Spinach & Kale Dip. Spread burrata and top with sautéed veggies. Sprinkle parmesan cheese and broil for 4-5 minutes. Add prosciutto and drizzle balsamic glaze on top. Enjoy!
