WHAT YOU NEED:
-Trader Joe's Garlic Spread -Breadcrumbs -Eggplant -Tomato -Fresh Basil -Burrata -Grated Romano OPTIONAL: -Trader Joe's Tomato Basil Creamy Pasta Sauce Slice eggplant into 1/4-inch to 1/2-inch thick rounds. Lightly salt. Spread Trader Joe's Garlic Spread onto both sides of each slice. Coat both sides with Italian breadcrumbs. (If working with plain breadcrumbs you can add in garlic powder, oregano, salt & Italian seasoning.) Spray with olive oil spray & place into air fryer in one even layer. (Might take a couple rounds.) Air fry at 450 degrees for about 7 minutes, flipping each slice halfway. (Optional) Spread Tomato Basil Creamy Pasta Sauce on each slice. Add tomato slices and a fresh basil leaf, then top with burrata. Air fry for a couple more minutes, until melted. Add romano and air fry until browned. Serve with pasta & garlic bread.

-Trader Joe's Sesame Crusted Harwood Smoked Ahi Tuna -Trader Joe's Frozen Hashbrowns -Trader Joe's Chili Onion Crunch -Trader Joe's Garlic Spread -Avocado Seasoning: -Everything But The Bagel Seasoning Pop a hashbrown in the air-fryer for a few minutes. Mix about a tablespoon of Garlic Spread with a touch of Chili Onion Crunch (according to spice level desired). Top with sliced avocado, Ahi Tuna and Everything But The Bagel Seasoning. Served above with Trader Joe's Frozen Pork Gyoza and seaweed salad. WHAT YOU NEED: -Trader Joe's Frozen Turkey Meatballs -Trader Joe’s Tomato Basil Cream Sauce -Frozen Garlic Cube -A Slice of Butter -Sourdough -Olive Oil -Grape Tomatoes -Fresh Basil -Sliced Mozzarella -Grated Romano Seasoning: -Italian Seasoning -Basil Heat meatballs in pot as directed with Tomato Basil sauce. Place one frozen garlic cube, a sliver of butter and about a tablespoon of olive oil in a microwaveable dish. Microwave for 10 seconds. Spread garlic butter onto the outside of two slices of sourdough. Turn bread over and spread Tomato Basil Sauce on one side. Top with sliced grape tomatoes, fresh basil, italian seasoning and basil seasoning. Slice cooked meatballs and add to sandwich. Top with grated Romano and sliced mozzarella cheese. Spray a little more olive oil onto bread and pan-fry or panini press until melted. Watch my TikTok tutorial. |
