-Tortilla -Salmon Filet -Spanish Rice -Red Pepper -Red Onion -Cucumber -Feta Cheese -Mixed Greens -Trader Joe's Toasted Sesame Dressing Seasoning (for Paprika Salmon): -Paprika -Salt -Parsley -Olive Oil Prepare Spanish rice and Paprika Salmon. Slice red pepper and red onion. Fill center of tortilla with Spanish rice. Top with peppers and onions. Add cucumber and feta cheese. Add salmon. -Red Pepper -Spanish Rice -Crimini Mushrooms -Red Onion -Trader Joe's Spinach and Kale Dip -Shredded Mexican Blend Cheese -Olive Oil Spray Prepare Spanish rice. Slice top off pepper. Slice mushrooms and chop onion. Sprinkle some cheese and onion in the bottom of your pepper. Add raw mushrooms and Trader Joe's Spinach and Kale Dip.
