WHAT YOU NEED:
-Trader Joe's Cauliflower Thins -Trader Joe's Frozen Hashbrowns -Trader Joe's Chili Onion Crunch -Trader Joe's Garlic Spread -Bacon (I use Jennie-O Turkey Bacon, microwaved for 2 minutes) -Egg -Avocado -Mozzarella -Mixed Greens -Grape Tomatoes Seasoning: -Everything But The Bagel Seasoning -Trader Joe's 21 Seasoning Salute -Parsley Cook bacon and hashbrown to desired crispiness. (I microwave one slice of bacon for 2 minutes (well done) between paper towels on a plate and air fry hashbrown for about 2 minutes on each side.) Heat pan over medium-high heat and spray with olive oil spray. Crack one egg into pan and sprinkle with Trader Joe's 21 Seasoning Salute and parsley. Flip and add more parsley. Turn stove off and lay mozzarella slice over egg. Cover pan to allow the cheese to melt. Place both sides of the cauliflower thins on to the pan to heat. Spread about 1/2 tablespoon of garlic spread with a dash of chili onion crunch onto the inside of your thins. Top with avocado, Everything But The Bagel Seasoning, tomato, bacon, hashbrown, mixed greens and your cheesy egg. Enjoy!

Season salmon with paprika, salt & parsley.
Spray with olive oil spray. Air fry until top is crispy and salmon is firm to touch, (usually about 7-10 minutes for a .5lb filet). Teriyaki Stir-Fry with 0 cal/0 carb Miracle Noodles!
WHAT YOU NEED: -Miracle Noodles -Teriyaki Sauce -1 Egg -Broccoli -Red or Sweet Onion -Zuchinni -Mushrooms -Carrots -1 Garlic Clove (frozen or fresh) -Avocado Seasoning: -Olive Oil -Salt -Trader Joe's Everything But The Bagel Seasoning Chop broccoli, mushrooms, onion, zucchini, carrots and any other veggies desired into bite size pieces. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-heat and sauté veggies with one finely chopped garlic clove (I like to use Trader Joe’s frozen garlic cubes), and salt. Once veggies are cooked to liking, gather them to one half of the pan. Add more oil and crack an egg on the empty side. Spread egg with spatula to create a light scramble. Add in miracle noodles with teriyaki sauce and stir-fry for about a minute. Serve with avocado and sprinkled Trader Joe's Everything But The Bagel Seasoning! Pairs well with my paprika salmon and garlic chicken. |
