WHAT YOU NEED:
-Jasmine Rice (I use frozen from Trader Joe's) -2 Eggs -Scallions -Crimini Mushrooms -Soy Sauce -Avocado Seasoning: -21 Seasoning Salute -Salt -Parsley -Everything but the Bagel Seasoning Chop scallions & mushrooms. I use about 2 scallion leaves & 2 whole crimini mushrooms. Prepare jasmine rice with salt & parsley. Scramble 2 eggs with a splash of water & 21 Seasoning Salute. Heat olive oil spray over medium heat in frying pan. Sauté veggies with salt for about a minute, add more olive oil spray & pour scrambled eggs into pan. Scramble eggs until cooked through, turn stovetop off & add rice & soy sauce. Top with avocado & Everything but the Bagel Seasoning & enjoy!

WHAT YOU NEED:
-1 Large Tortilla (I use Mission) -1 Egg -A Splash of Milk (I use Almond) -1-2 Crimini Mushrooms -A Few Grape Tomatoes -1/4 Cup Chopped Zucchini -Turkey Bacon (I use Jennie-O) -Trader Joe's Frozen Hashbrown -1/2 Small Avocado -Shredded Mexican Blend Cheese -Trader Joe's Garlic Spread -Trader Joe's Chili Onion Crunch -Fresh Basil (Optional) Seasoning: -Everything But The Bagel Seasoning -Trader Joe's 21 Seasoning Salute -Parsley Pop hashbrown in air fryer for a couple minutes on each side, or cook according to instructions. Place one slice of Jenni-O turkey bacon on a plate in between paper towels & microwave for 1.5 minutes. Whisk 1 egg with a splash of milk, salt, parsley, and 21 Seasoning Salute. Chop mushroom, tomato & zucchini. Pan fry with olive oil spray & salt. Add egg to pan & scramble. Lay out your tortilla. Spread garlic spread down middle of tortilla, then spread a dash of chili onion crunch over garlic spread. Sprinkle shredded cheese down the middle of your tortilla and top with veggie-egg scramble. Add sliced avocado and sprinkle with Everything But The Bagel Seasoning. Add turkey bacon and your hashbrown and mash with fork to center. Optional: Add freshly chopped basil. Roll up your burrito & place back in pan for a couple minutes to grill the outside. Enjoy! WHAT YOU NEED: -Trader Joe's Carb Savvy Whole Wheat Tortilla -Trader Joe's Sweet Apple Chicken Sausage -1 Egg -Milk (Whichever you prefer. I use Oat) -Avocado -Sweet Onion -Red Pepper -Shredded Mexican Blend Cheese -Salsa Seasoning: -Everything But The Bagel Seasoning -Trader Joe's 21 Seasoning Salute -Parsley Slice red pepper and sweet onion. Pan fry with sausage, olive oil, salt & paprika. Scramble egg with a splash of milk, salt, parsley, and 21 Seasoning Salute. Once veggies and sausage are cooked, slide them to side of pan. Scramble egg on other side. Add shredded cheese to tortilla. Add scrambled egg, veggies and sausage. Top with sliced avocado, salsa and Everything But The Bagel Seasoning. Watch my TikTok tutorial.
WHAT YOU NEED:
-Challah -1 Egg -Coconut Oil Spray -Coconut Milk -Vanilla -Splenda Seasoning: -Trader Joe’s Pumpkin Pie Spice -Cinnamon Slice challah into “sticks.” Whisk one egg in a bowl with cinnamon & pumpkin pie spice. Coat challlah sticks in egg batter. In a separate bowl, whisk together cinnamon + Splenda (with about double sugar to cinnamon). Coat wet challah sticks with sugar mix. Spray with coconut oil & air-fry until desired crispiness (check in after 5 minutes). ICING: Mix about 1/4 cup coconut milk, 2 Splenda + a splash of vanilla. Drizzle on top of French toast sticks or use as dipping sauce. Pan-fry a few minutes on each side if not using an air-fryer. WHAT YOU NEED:
-Challah -1 Egg -Coconut Oil Spray -Butter -Peanut Butter -Syrup -Chocolate Chips -Banana -Blueberries Seasoning: -Trader Joe’s Pumpkin Pie Spice -Cinnamon Slice challah into thick slices (about an inch thick). Slice banana. Whisk one egg in a bowl with cinnamon & pumpkin pie spice. Coat challlah slices in egg batter. Spray pan with coconut oil and add a little butter if desired. Pan-fry challah and banana for a few minutes each side. Pour syrup on a plate with chocolate chips. Place hot French toast on top. Add caramelized bananas. Melt a tablespoon of peanut butter for 30 seconds & drizzle on top. WHAT YOU NEED: -Trader Joe's Cauliflower Thins -Trader Joe's Frozen Hashbrowns -Trader Joe's Chili Onion Crunch -Trader Joe's Garlic Spread -Bacon (I use Jennie-O Turkey Bacon, microwaved for 2 minutes) -Egg -Avocado -Mozzarella -Mixed Greens -Grape Tomatoes Seasoning: -Everything But The Bagel Seasoning -Trader Joe's 21 Seasoning Salute -Parsley Cook bacon and hashbrown to desired crispiness. (I microwave one slice of bacon for 2 minutes (well done) between paper towels on a plate and air fry hashbrown for about 2 minutes on each side.) Heat pan over medium-high heat and spray with olive oil spray. Crack one egg into pan and sprinkle with Trader Joe's 21 Seasoning Salute and parsley. Flip and add more parsley. Turn stove off and lay mozzarella slice over egg. Cover pan to allow the cheese to melt. Place both sides of the cauliflower thins on to the pan to heat. Spread about 1/2 tablespoon of garlic spread with a dash of chili onion crunch onto the inside of your thins. Top with avocado, Everything But The Bagel Seasoning, tomato, bacon, hashbrown, mixed greens and your cheesy egg. Enjoy! Watch my TikTok tutorial.WHAT YOU NEED:
-Bacon (I use Jennie-O Turkey Bacon, microwaved for 2 minutes) -Egg -Garlic Aioli or Spread -Avocado -Sliced Mozzarella -Mixed Greens -Sourdough Seasoning: -Trader Joe's 21 Seasoning Salute -Parsley -Trader Joe's Everything But The Bagel Seasoning Pop 2 slices of sourdough bread in the toaster and 2 pieces of bacon in the microwave (for extra crispiness). Heat pan over medium-high heat and spray with olive oil spray. Crack one egg into pan and sprinkle with Trader Joe's 21 Seasoning Salute and parsley. Flip and add more parsley. Turn stove off, top one slice of mozzarella cheese onto egg and cover pan. Spread garlic aioli onto toasted sourdough. Top with avocado, Trader Joe's Everything But The Bagel Seasoning, bacon, cheesy egg and mixed greens. Slice banana however is desired. Spray pan with coconut oil. Sear each side 2-3 minutes, or until caramelized.
Slice sweet potato into toast shape.
Spray with coconut oil or cooking spray of your choice. Air fry until desired toastiness. (10-20 minutes) TOPPINGS: Pictured left: Avocado, fried egg, turkey bacon, Trader Joe's Everything but the Bagel Sesame Seasoning Blend.
