WHAT YOU NEED:
-Bacon (I use Jennie-O Turkey Bacon, microwaved for 2 minutes) -Egg -Garlic Aioli or Spread -Avocado -Sliced Mozzarella -Mixed Greens -Sourdough Seasoning: -Trader Joe's 21 Seasoning Salute -Parsley -Trader Joe's Everything But The Bagel Seasoning Pop 2 slices of sourdough bread in the toaster and 2 pieces of bacon in the microwave (for extra crispiness). Heat pan over medium-high heat and spray with olive oil spray. Crack one egg into pan and sprinkle with Trader Joe's 21 Seasoning Salute and parsley. Flip and add more parsley. Turn stove off, top one slice of mozzarella cheese onto egg and cover pan. Spread garlic aioli onto toasted sourdough. Top with avocado, Trader Joe's Everything But The Bagel Seasoning, bacon, cheesy egg and mixed greens.

Salmon Burrito Bowl
WHAT YOU NEED: -Trader Joe's Frozen Organic Jasmine Rice -Trader Joe’s Corn And Chile Tomato-Less Salsa -Salmon Filet (.5 lb) -Shredded Cheddar Cheese -Mixed Greens -Avocado -Salsa -Sour Cream -Brussel Sprouts -Broccoli -Red Pepper -Sweet Onion -Mushrooms Seasoning: -Olive Oil -Salt -Paprika -Parsley -Garlic Powder -Trader Joe's Everything But The Bagel Seasoning Toss broccoli and halved brussel sprouts in olive oil, salt and Everything But The Bagel Seasoning. Bake at 375 degrees for about 20 minutes. While veggies are in the oven, you can prepare the rest of your bowl! I made with my paprika seasoned Air Fryer Salmon. If you don't have an air fryer, season as directed and bake with broccoli and brussel sprouts until firm to touch. Slice red pepper, onions, and mushrooms and sauté in a pan with salt, paprika and parsley. Microwave Jasmine Rice as directed. Mix with a sliver of butter, parsley and salt. Mash half an avocado with a little olive oil, a little salsa, salt, and garlic powder to make your guacamole. Plate with mixed greens, shredded cheese, Trader Joe's Corn And Chile Tomato-Less Salsa, sour cream, and more salsa. With Garlic Chicken WHAT YOU NEED: -Trader Joe's Garlic Spread -Chicken Tenders -Olive Oil Spray Seasoning: -Paprika -Salt Coat chicken with Trader Joe's Garlic Spread, paprika, and salt. AIR FRYER - Spray both sides with olive oil and air fry for about 8 minutes, flipping halfway. STOVETOP - Heat olive oil in pan and cook through each side. Just add breadcrumbs to make crispy!
