WHAT YOU NEED:
-1/2 lb. Salmon Filet -Teriyaki Sauce -Light White Miso Paste Oven at 400. Use teriyaki sauce as well as miso paste to flavor before cooking. I use light white miso from the squeeze tube but any miso paste will work. I start with 10 minutes for a half lb filet, and add time as necessary. Broil for a minute at the end to crisp the top! The perfect salmon to go with many dishes!

WHAT YOU NEED:
-Scallops -Cooking Spray -White Wine -Butter -White Onion -Scallions Seasoning: -Salt -Garlic Powder -Parsley However you choose to prepare your scallops, I will tell you the trick to cooking them perfectly. Spray your scallops with cooking spray while the pan heats up. Make sure the scallops are soaked enough to not stick and then add your seasoning. Sear each side as desired (usually 3-4 minutes). This will prevent overcooking the inside and leave you with the perfect scallops every time. To wine sauté like pictured above, sear scallops and place in oven to keep warm (set oven to lowest setting). Whatever sticks on the pan from the scallops can be cooked with wine, butter, white onions and scallions for an easy and flavorful white wine sauce. |
