WHAT YOU NEED:
-Red Pepper -Spanish Rice -Crimini Mushrooms -Red Onion -Trader Joe's Spinach and Kale Dip -Shredded Mexican Blend Cheese -Olive Oil Spray Prepare Spanish rice. Slice top off pepper. Slice mushrooms and chop onion. Sprinkle some cheese and onion in the bottom of your pepper. Add raw mushrooms and Trader Joe's Spinach and Kale Dip. Add a scoop of your Spanish rice, more onion and more cheese. Spray with olive oil spray and air fry at 390 degrees for 10 minutes. TikTok Tutorial.

Yay I just got an air fryer I love stuffed peppers they are my favorite, this will be my first meal, I speak to nutritionist once a week she has me hooked on Trader Joe’s I love it there the only thing they don’t don’t have American cheese boo I’ll let you know how my peppers come out thanks for the recipe.
