WHAT YOU NEED:
-Trader Joe's Spinach and Kale Dip
-Shredded Mexican Blend Cheese
-Olive Oil Spray
Prepare Spanish rice.
Slice top off pepper.
Slice mushrooms and chop onion.
Sprinkle some cheese and onion in the bottom of your pepper. Add raw mushrooms and Trader Joe's Spinach and Kale Dip. Add a scoop of your Spanish rice, more onion and more cheese. Spray with olive oil spray and air fry at 390 degrees for 10 minutes.
