WHAT YOU NEED:
-Trader Joe's Cauliflower Thins
-Trader Joe's Frozen Hashbrowns
-Trader Joe's Chili Onion Crunch
-Trader Joe's Garlic Spread
-Bacon (I use Jennie-O Turkey Bacon, microwaved for 2 minutes)
-Everything But The Bagel Seasoning
-Trader Joe's 21 Seasoning Salute
Cook bacon and hashbrown to desired crispiness. (I microwave one slice of bacon for 2 minutes (well done) between paper towels on a plate and air fry hashbrown for about 2 minutes on each side.)
Heat pan over medium-high heat and spray with olive oil spray.
Crack one egg into pan and sprinkle with Trader Joe's 21 Seasoning Salute and parsley. Flip and add more parsley.
Turn stove off and lay mozzarella slice over egg. Cover pan to allow the cheese to melt.
Place both sides of the cauliflower thins on to the pan to heat.
Spread about 1/2 tablespoon of garlic spread with a dash of chili onion crunch onto the inside of your thins.
Top with avocado, Everything But The Bagel Seasoning, tomato, bacon, hashbrown, mixed greens and your cheesy egg.
