WHAT YOU NEED:
-Trader Joe's Butternut Squash Pizza Crust -Trader Joe’s Spinach & Kale Greek Yogurt Dip -Burrata -Olive Oil -Fresh Garlic -Mushrooms -Sweet Onions -Broccoli -Parmesan Cheese -Prosciutto -Trader Giotto’s Balsamic Glaze Seasoning: -Trader Joe’s 21 Seasoning Salute -Salt -Garlic Powder -Parsley Preheat oven to 450 degrees and start baking Butternut Squash Crust as instructed. While crust is baking, slice zucchini and mushrooms. Chop garlic, onion and broccoli. Add olive oil to pan and sauté with seasonings listed above. When the crust is ready to be topped, start by spreading Spinach & Kale Dip. Spread burrata and top with sautéed veggies. Sprinkle parmesan cheese and broil for 4-5 minutes. Add prosciutto and drizzle balsamic glaze on top. Enjoy!

I bought one of these butternut squash pizza crusts the last time I was at Trader Joe's, not really knowing what I would top it with. This recipe is delightful, and I'm glad to know that you would saute the veggies first. Can' wait to try it! Thanks Lindsay!
