Pictures and tips on how to put together clean but flavorful meals! Tip #1: Always say yes to avocado.
WHAT YOU NEED:
-1 Large Tortilla (I use Mission)
-A Splash of Milk (I use Almond)
-1-2 Crimini Mushrooms
-A Few Grape Tomatoes
-1/4 Cup Chopped Zucchini
-Turkey Bacon (I use Jennie-O)
-Trader Joe's Frozen Hashbrown
-1/2 Small Avocado
-Shredded Mexican Blend Cheese
-Trader Joe's Garlic Spread
-Trader Joe's Chili Onion Crunch
-Fresh Basil (Optional)
-Everything But The Bagel Seasoning
-Trader Joe's 21 Seasoning Salute
Pop hashbrown in air fryer for a couple minutes on each side, or cook according to instructions.
Place one slice of Jenni-O turkey bacon on a plate in between paper towels & microwave for 1.5 minutes.
Whisk 1 egg with a splash of milk, salt, parsley, and 21 Seasoning Salute.
Chop mushroom, tomato & zucchini. Pan fry with olive oil spray & salt.
Add egg to pan & scramble.
Lay out your tortilla.
Spread garlic spread down middle of tortilla, then spread a dash of chili onion crunch over garlic spread.
Sprinkle shredded cheese down the middle of your tortilla and top with veggie-egg scramble. Add sliced avocado and sprinkle with Everything But The Bagel Seasoning. Add turkey bacon and your hashbrown and mash with fork to center. Optional: Add freshly chopped basil.
Roll up your burrito & place back in pan for a couple minutes to grill the outside.
