WHAT YOU NEED:
-Trader Joe's Cauliflower Pizza Crust
-Trader Joe's Organic Kansas City Style BBQ Sauce
-Trader Joe's Corn And Chile Tomato-Less Salsa
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and start baking Cauliflower Crust as instructed.
While crust is baking, chop chicken, garlic, and red peppers. Slice red onions and tomatoes. Season chicken with paprika, salt, onion powder and garlic powder, add olive oil to pan and cook through. Add garlic, red peppers, onions, tomatoes and corn salsa to same pan and sautee for a minute more. Let sit.
When the crust is ready to be topped, start by spreading BBQ sauce. Top with ingredients from your pan. Drizzle ranch and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Broil for 4-5 minutes until cheese starts to golden. Add avocado and drizzle more ranch on top. Enjoy!
