Salmon Burrito Bowl
WHAT YOU NEED:
-Trader Joe's Frozen Organic Jasmine Rice
-Trader Joe’s Corn And Chile Tomato-Less Salsa
-Salmon Filet (.5 lb)
-Shredded Cheddar Cheese
-Trader Joe's Everything But The Bagel Seasoning
Toss broccoli and halved brussel sprouts in olive oil, salt and Everything But The Bagel Seasoning. Bake at 375 degrees for about 20 minutes.
While veggies are in the oven, you can prepare the rest of your bowl!
I made with my paprika seasoned Air Fryer Salmon. If you don't have an air fryer, season as directed and bake with broccoli and brussel sprouts until firm to touch.
Slice red pepper, onions, and mushrooms and sauté in a pan with salt, paprika and parsley.
Microwave Jasmine Rice as directed. Mix with a sliver of butter, parsley and salt.
Mash half an avocado with a little olive oil, a little salsa, salt, and garlic powder to make your guacamole.
Plate with mixed greens, shredded cheese, Trader Joe's Corn And Chile Tomato-Less Salsa, sour cream, and more salsa.
