WHAT YOU NEED:
-Trader Joe's Garlic Spread-Dip -Trader Joe’s Creamy Tomato Basil Pasta Sauce -Chicken Cutlet -Italian Breadcrumbs -Burrata -Grape Tomatoes For Salad: -Mixed Greens -Cucumber -Red Pepper -Zucchini -Red Onion -Tomato -Avocado Seasoning: -Olive Oil -Salt -Trader Joe's Balsamic Glaze -Trader Joe's Everything But The Bagel Seasoning Coat chicken cutlet with garlic spread, paprika & Italian breadcrumbs. Heat oil (I used basil parmesan olive oil) in pan on medium-high heat and cook each side until crispy. Transfer chicken to air fryer until cooked through & remove pan from heat. Let pan cool and then return to low heat. Add halved grape tomatoes with tomato basil sauce & simmer. When chicken is cooked through, turn off the air fryer. Add burrata on top and close air fryer to slightly melt cheese with remaining heat. Serve tomato sauce over chicken. Pictured with salad, but can also pair with pasta, rice, etc.
