WHAT YOU NEED:
-Challah -1 Egg -Coconut Oil Spray -Coconut Milk -Vanilla -Splenda Seasoning: -Trader Joe’s Pumpkin Pie Spice -Cinnamon Slice challah into “sticks.” Whisk one egg in a bowl with cinnamon & pumpkin pie spice. Coat challlah sticks in egg batter. In a separate bowl, whisk together cinnamon + Splenda (with about double sugar to cinnamon). Coat wet challah sticks with sugar mix. Spray with coconut oil & air-fry until desired crispiness (check in after 5 minutes). ICING: Mix about 1/4 cup coconut milk, 2 Splenda + a splash of vanilla. Drizzle on top of French toast sticks or use as dipping sauce. Pan-fry a few minutes on each side if not using an air-fryer.
