WHAT YOU NEED:
-Bacon (I use Jennie-O Turkey Bacon, microwaved for 2 minutes) -Egg -Garlic Aioli or Spread -Avocado -Sliced Mozzarella -Mixed Greens -Sourdough Seasoning: -Trader Joe's 21 Seasoning Salute -Parsley -Trader Joe's Everything But The Bagel Seasoning Pop 2 slices of sourdough bread in the toaster and 2 pieces of bacon in the microwave (for extra crispiness). Heat pan over medium-high heat and spray with olive oil spray. Crack one egg into pan and sprinkle with Trader Joe's 21 Seasoning Salute and parsley. Flip and add more parsley. Turn stove off, top one slice of mozzarella cheese onto egg and cover pan. Spread garlic aioli onto toasted sourdough. Top with avocado, Trader Joe's Everything But The Bagel Seasoning, bacon, cheesy egg and mixed greens.
