WHAT YOU NEED:
-Trader Joe's Vegan Kale, Cashew & Basil Pesto -Salmon Filet -Chosen Pasta -Olive Oil -Fresh Garlic -Broccoli -Crimini Mushrooms -White Onion -Spinach -Parmesan Cheese -Avocado Seasoning: -Oregano -Basil -Onion Powder -Parsley -Salt Cook pasta as instructed. Heat oil in frying pan. Add and sautee chopped garlic, broccoli, sliced mushrooms and diced onion. Add more oil to pan and lay salmon filet skin side up. Cook until spatula can break up filet into chunky pieces. Add oregano, basil, onion powder, parsley, salt, etc. and mix ingredients in pan. Add a handful of spinach and about a tablespoon of Trader Joe's Vegan Kale, Cashew & Basil Pesto into pan and stir everything together. Drain pasta and add to pan. Serve with grated parmesan and a side of sliced avocado with Trader Joe's Everything But The Bagel Seasoning.
