-Tortilla -Salmon Filet -Spanish Rice -Red Pepper -Red Onion -Cucumber -Feta Cheese -Mixed Greens -Trader Joe's Toasted Sesame Dressing Seasoning (for Paprika Salmon): -Paprika -Salt -Parsley -Olive Oil Prepare Spanish rice and Paprika Salmon. Slice red pepper and red onion. Fill center of tortilla with Spanish rice. Top with peppers and onions. Add cucumber and feta cheese. Add salmon.
