WHAT YOU NEED:
-Salmon Filet -Trader Joe's Amba Mango Sauce -Trader Joe's Frozen Organic Brown Rice -Trader Joe's Roasted Brussel Sprouts -Trader Joe's Corn And Chile Tomato-Less Salsa -Olive Oil -Onions -Cabbage -Mixed Greens -Spinach -Tomatoes -Mango -Cucumber -Avocado -Ranch Dressing -Sour Cream Seasoning: -Paprika -Salt -Onion Powder -Garlic Powder Salmon Marinate salmon filet in Amba Mango Sauce. Season with paprika, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, & any other spices of your choosing. Heat oil in frying pan. Place filet seasoned side down on pan and allow it to cook until you see it is about halfway done. Flip and finish cooking through. If the sides of your filet remain rare, use the spatula to help guide each side direct heat. While salmon is cooking, toss into pan sliced onions, brussel sprouts, cabbage, and Trader Joe's Corn And Chile Tomato-Less Salsa. Salad Trader Joe's Frozen Organic Brown Rice (microwaved as instructed), mixed greens, spinach, tomatoes, fresh mango, sliced cucumber, avocado, ranch dressing & a scoop of sour cream.
