WHAT YOU NEED:
-Challah -1 Egg -Coconut Oil Spray -Butter -Peanut Butter -Syrup -Chocolate Chips -Banana -Blueberries Seasoning: -Trader Joe’s Pumpkin Pie Spice -Cinnamon Slice challah into thick slices (about an inch thick). Slice banana. Whisk one egg in a bowl with cinnamon & pumpkin pie spice. Coat challlah slices in egg batter. Spray pan with coconut oil and add a little butter if desired. Pan-fry challah and banana for a few minutes each side. Pour syrup on a plate with chocolate chips. Place hot French toast on top. Add caramelized bananas. Melt a tablespoon of peanut butter for 30 seconds & drizzle on top.
