Avocados are the closest thing I have found to actual magic. Throughout the process of living healthy medicine free, I have lost over 90 pounds. Of course there is a lot that goes into extreme weight loss, but I swear by an avocado a day (at least!) If you don't believe me, google the benefits. I find they have the perfect balance of being filling without overwhelming "food coma" side effects. They go with almost everything so I highly suggest incorporating them as much as possible in your meals.
