WHAT YOU NEED:
-Trader Joe's Sesame Crusted Hardwood Smoked Ahi Tuna
-Trader Joe's Frozen Organic Jasmine Rice
-Trader Joe’s Garlic Spread
-Trader Joe's Chili Onion Crunch
-Olive Oil Spray
-Trader Joe's Everything But The Bagel Seasoning
Microwave rice as directed. Mix in a slice of butter, salt and parsley.
Slice mushrooms and onion. Sauté with olive oil spray, salt, paprika and garlic powder.
Slice cucumber, mango and avocado. Chop scallions.
In a small dish, mix a spoonful of garlic spread, a teaspoon of chili crunch, and a splash of soy sauce. Can use for dipping or stir with chopped tuna and scallions to make a mix!
Plate rice. Top with Ahi Tuna and assorted fruits and veggies. Sprinkle with Everything But The Bagel Seasoning and enjoy!
