WHAT YOU NEED:
-Trader Joe's Frozen Turkey Meatballs
-Trader Joe’s Tomato Basil Cream Sauce
-Frozen Garlic Cube
-A Slice of Butter
Heat meatballs in pot as directed with Tomato Basil sauce.
Place one frozen garlic cube, a sliver of butter and about a tablespoon of olive oil in a microwaveable dish. Microwave for 10 seconds.
Spread garlic butter onto the outside of two slices of sourdough.
Turn bread over and spread Tomato Basil Sauce on one side. Top with sliced grape tomatoes, fresh basil, italian seasoning and basil seasoning. Slice cooked meatballs and add to sandwich. Top with grated Romano and sliced mozzarella cheese. Spray a little more olive oil onto bread and pan-fry or panini press until melted.
