These spring roll wrappers are my new obsession. They start out hard and soften with a rinse of warm water. Collect your fillings & roll as the wrap softens and sticks into place! A fun meal to make and a low-cal substitute to hold your goods together. Experiment with dipping sauces as a flavorful pairing to this dish!
